Research Year
A Research Year Study

A course designed for students of medicine, who wish to devote their full time to the research process for one year.

The Orthopeadic Spinal Reseaerch Laboratory is the ideal setting for your Research Year. Whether you wish to do research in cellbiology, animal experiments or clinical studies, we offer the expertise and project outlines.

As a Research Year student at the Orthopeadic Spinal Research Lab you will become part of a highly experienced research milieu from which you can draw inspriration and guidance.

As a student undertaking a research year you will have the opportunity to publish an article, participate in conferences abroad while leaning the basic elements of scientific research. A number of Research Year students choose to go on to do their Ph.d. studies at the lab, either as an extention of their Research Year project or in a new study.

Should you be interested in finding out more about the the possibility of doing a Research Year, please contact us for a non-committal talk.
